The Youth Chamber Orchestra of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY) has taken stage in Vienna, the capital of Austria, in cooperation between Yunus Emre Institute's Vienna branch and TÜRKSOY.

The concert was held at Musikverein, one of the most prestigious concert halls in Vienna, on Friday, November 30, and drew intense interest of music lovers. The concert showcased the works of latter day composers of the Turkish world including Ulvi Cemal Erkin, Fikret Amirov, Nury Khalmamedov, and Tles Kazhgaliyev, as well as classical music composers from the Western countries. The concert was attended by Yunus Emre Institute President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş and TÜRKSOY President Düsen Kaseinov and many guests.

TÜRKSOY President Düsen Kaseinov delivered the keynote speech during the concert, which attracted a great deal of attention of Austrian art lovers. Noting their satisfaction for marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of TÜRKSOY, Kaseinov indicated that they are particularly pleased with the support lent by Yunus Emre Institute's agencies around the world.

In his speech, Yunus Emre Institute President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş stated that the Institute takes pride in organizing such an elegant event, drawing attention to the cultural mobility created by Yunus Emre Institute's agencies operating in more than 60 countries.

The concert took approximately two hours and was cherished by the audience with great interest.
