Minister Pakdemirli and his counterpart Kerimov visit Yunus Emre Institute's Baku branch

Republic of Turkey Agriculture and Forestry Minister Bekir Pakdemirli has been accompanied by his counterpart İnam Kerimov as he paid a visit to the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency's (TİKA) Baku Coordination Office and Yunus Emre Institute's Baku branch during his official visit to Azerbaijan.

The visit by Pakdemirli and his delegation occurred on December 11, 2018 and Minister Pakdemirli and his counterpart Kerimov were briefed about the Institute's activities. Following the presentation on the Turkish language training activities, the Turkology project and cultural and artistic activities conducted by the Institute, Minister Pakdemirli made remarks on the visit. "Today, we are visiting Yunus Emre Institute's branch in Azerbaijan, which is a friendly and sister country for us. We have been informed about the successful activities by the Institute. We are two states and one nation with Azerbaijan, and we are pleased to see the activities that serve to unite and consolidate the societies of the two countries," he said.

Republic of Azerbaijan Agriculture and Forestry Minister İnam Kerimov expressed his satisfaction for the visit paid to the Baku branch of Yunus Emre Institute. "I would like thank all the staff of the Institute for their sincere efforts to further friendship and brotherhood between Turkey and Azerbaijan, and I wish them success for their activities in future," he said.
