The Turkish films touring the world to promote Turkish culture by bringing the unforgettable films of Turkish cinema to moviegoers abroad have visited Amman, the capital of Jordan.

The "Turkish Film Week," organized by Yunus Emre Institute in cooperation with the Directorate General of Cinema of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, is presenting the finely curated examples of Turkish cinema to Jordanian moviegoers.

During the premiere of the film week, attended by Turkish diplomats, Turks living in Jordan, Jordanians and guests from various countries, "Ertuğrul 1890," a Turkish-Japanese co-production based on a true story.

During the five-day Turkish Film Week, "Kardeşim Benim"  (My Brother), "Unutursam Fısılda" (Whisper If I Forget), "Ali Baba ve Yedi Cüceler" and "Direniş Karatay" will be aired to the taste of moviegoers in the capital.
