The Sarajevo Canton finals of the 5th Yunus Emre Sports Tournament, organized among the students who learn Turkish in Bosnia-Herzegovina, have been completed.

The tournament has been organized with the intention of contributing to the personal development and socialization and improving the motivations of the students who learn Turkish at the public schools in Bosnia-Herzegovina as part of the "Tercihim Türkçe" (My Choice is Turkish) project, and there were two categories as the football and volleyball tournaments. 21 teams from Sarajevo Canton took part in the tournament in both categories.

At the end of the matches, OŠ "Isa-Beg Ishaković” Sarajevo came the first, JU OŠ "Hašim Spahić” Ilijaš the second and “Maarif Schools of Sarajevo” the third in the football category.

On the other hand, OŠ "Mirsad Prnjavorac" Vogošća came the first, OŠ “Stari Ilijaš” Ilijaš the second and OŠ “Zahid Baručija” Vogošća the third in the volleyball category.
